Community Guidelines

Welcome to YOFYY (“Application”/ “App”), a venture of YofyyOn, a Proprietorship Concern through its Sole Proprietor Mr. Yash Amin having its office at 2, Arihant Estate, Nr. Ring Road Odhav, Odhav, Ahmedabad, Gujarat, 382415 (Hereinafter referred to as “Concern”/ “we”/ “us”/ “it”/ “our”).

Overview:
The goals of this community is to assist its member to help develop and maintain friendships and connections, to build strong and mutually beneficial ties between all members, to promote goodwill in the community and to stimulate interest.

In order to meet the goals of this community, it’s important for members to feel like they are in a safe place that is populated by people with shared interests. As such, we request that you read and adhere to the guidelines that follow.

Guidelines:

• Treat others online as you would treat them in real life
• Be tolerant towards other’s viewpoints; respectfully disagree when opinions do not align
• Respect the privacy and personal information of other members of the App.
• Communicate with courtesy and respect

Please do not:

• Make personal attacks on other members
• Use defamatory remarks or make false statements against others
• Post prejudiced comments or profanity
• Bully or make inflammatory remarks to other members
• Post any Sexually explicit or pornographic content
• Post any Fraudulent, deceptive, libelous, misleading or unlawful content
• Post any content which References to criminal or illegal activity
• Post any content in Violations of any intellectual property rights
• Post content which is Spamming in nature

Protect personal information

DO NOT share your personal or banking information on the Application with other Members. For customer service questionsplease contact us here. You should not disclose your Account Numbers, PINs or Passwords.

Make sure it’s yours: 

Only post content if you have the proper permission from its rightful owners. If it belongs to someone else, please don’t post it. Copyrighted and trademarked material and other intellectual property will be flagged for removal.

Use the Application responsibly:

TheApplication is intended to keep one member in touch with other members, to help facilitate networking and to promote common interests.

Consequences:
We will take action when we see someone violating these guidelines. Sometimes that just means giving someone a warning; other times it means revoking certain privileges or accounts entirely. We request that all community members report behaviour that violates our guidelines to team.yofyy@gmail.com

Agreement:
By logging onto the community and activating your profile, you are considered to be in agreement with the terms and conditions separately uploaded on the Application.
